Shipment methods


Olive Era ( e-shop offers the following methods for the shipment of your order.



Courier shipment to the address you indicate

Your order may be sent to any address you wish. In this case, a text message is sent to you in the morning of the delivery day.


In case you wish your order remains at the courier’s, please consider that parcels are kept at the branch for a maximum period of 5 working days or 7 calendar days.


Shipment to a GENIKI TACHYDROMIKI branch

You may pick up your order from any branch belonging to the GENIKI TACHYDROMIKI network. In this case, when your parcel is ready to be picked up, you are sent a text message at your selected branch. Shipments are kept at the GENIKI TAHYDROMIKI branch for a maximum period of up to 5 working days or 7 calendar days.

In case ordered products are unavailable, you will receive notice by e-mail or the phone.

You will have to inform us by e-mail that you are aware of this and whether you wish that your order remains active or not.


Products are sent within 1-3 working days following the completion of your order depending on their availability.

As soon as your order is sent, you will receive an e-mail verifying its dispatch. You may contact our company’s call center (+30 211 18 21 971) or send an e-mail to for any further information.

Order shipments are sent exclusively via Geniki Tachydromiki courier to the collection address you have declared.



Your order may be sent to any address you wish to in the EUROPEAN UNION, UNITED KINGDOM, USA, AUSTRALIA, CANADA, DUBAI, IRSAEL via DHL GREECE.
